When you use "Beat the Beats," we process in-app the following types of data provided by the Meta Quest platform to enable core game features:

• Achievements: Your in-game achievements and progress.
• Leaderboards: Your scores and rankings.
• User ID: A unique identifier assigned by the Meta Quest platform to differentiate users.
• User Profile: Basic profile information (such as your display name and profile picture).
• Deep Linking: Information on how you access the Game via deep links.
• Use Age Group: General age group information to ensure content appropriateness.
• In-App Purchases and/or Downloadable Content: Information necessary to process purchases or unlock downloadable content using the Meta Quest platform.

All of this data is processed only in-app on your Meta Quest device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of this information to our servers. The only external servers involved are the Meta servers that host and manage the platform features. No personal data leaves your device except to the Meta servers as part of the normal operation of these platform features.

The information listed above is used exclusively to provide core features of the Game, such as achievements, leaderboards, in-app purchases, and personalized experiences. Processing this data in-app is necessary for the Game to function properly and deliver a quality user experience.

4. Data Storage and Retention

We do not collect or store any of your personal data on our servers. All data processing and storage take place on your Meta Quest device. Data such as achievements, purchases, and leaderboards is managed by the Meta Quest platform and stored on Meta servers according to its privacy practices.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Game does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. The use of age group information is solely for providing an appropriate in-game experience and is processed entirely within the Game on your device.
