Parallel Circles Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we process information when you use "Beat the Beats Demo" (the "Demo"), available on the Meta Quest platform.
The Demo uses the Meta Quest platform feature User Age Group. We process this information in‑app on your Meta Quest device to determine which of the three age categories you belong to: 10–12 (preteen), 13–17 (teen), or 18+ (adult).
The User Age Group data allows us to tailor content and experiences according to your age category, ensuring compliance with Meta’s age-appropriate content policies.
All User Age Group data is processed only in‑app on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit this data to our servers. The only external servers involved are those operated by Meta to support the platform feature.
We use User Age Group solely to present age-appropriate content and experiences. For example, certain features, UI elements, or messaging may be adapted for teens or adults. No profiling, tracking, or external storage occurs.
Parallel Circles Ltd. does not store or retain User Age Group data. All processing occurs on your device using Meta Quest platform systems. Meta is responsible for any storage and retention under their own privacy policy.
For users in the 10–12 (preteen) category, account access is managed via parent-managed Meta accounts with appropriate parental supervision and privacy controls. We do not collect or store any personal data from children. The age group classification is processed in-app only and remains entirely within the Meta platform.
Since we do not collect or store personal data ourselves, there is no User Age Group data retained by us. If you wish to remove or correct this information from Meta’s systems, you may do so via your Meta account settings or by contacting Meta support.
