Description
Beat the Beats – the boxing rhythm VR game where you throw punches but you can’t fight the rhythm. Use actual boxing moves like crosses, rolls and uppercuts to blast your way through a series of electrifying musical levels and climb the leaderboards.
Boxing in a game has never felt this natural. The way Beat the Beats sends obstacles towards you will let you make in-ring moves as if you’ve always known them. The 1st person VR perspective, the pumping soundtrack and the simple but deep mechanics will make you the center of a delightful immersive experience.
Beat the Beats lets you stay active in in a playful way and is a fun and fresh boxing experience for both greenhorns and champions alike!
History
After our debut game Flat Heroes we are back with another deeply polished game. Another genre, another platform, but still the same attention to game-feel, tight controls and minimalist visuals. 3 years in the making Beat the Beats VR is a project where we are tremendously proud of how close it feels to actual boxing and how approachable and deep it is at the same time. The game is inspired by our passion for VR rhythm games like Beat Saber and deeply involving experiences like Tetris Effects. We hope players will like it as much as we do and loved developing it.
